The collar was not the thick
Size I thought I was going to get, there were 2 pictures . One thin- 1 thick,. I received the thin width. I The collar was too short and I had to spend more money to send it back to the uk from Australia.i sent another email asking if I would recover all money including postage and did not receive a message back,
Dear Tanya, I'm sorry you believe you have had a bad experience shopping at our store. On this occasion, and having looked into your order, it is a case of you making an error when measuring your dog. Our size guides show the length and widths of the collars and you received our widest width (as pictured) in the largest length we currently supply.
That said, we are in the process of making larger sizes and we would be happy to offer you a personal discount code for your next purchase.
