The collar was not the thick
Size I thought I was going to get, there were 2 pictures . One thin- 1 thick,. I received the thin width. I The collar was too short and I had to spend more money to send it back to the uk from Australia.i sent another email asking if I would recover all money including postage and did not receive a message back,

On this occasion, and having looked into your order, it is a case of you making an error when measuring your dog. Our size guides show the length and widths of the collars and you received our widest width (as pictured) in the largest length we currently supply.
That said, we are in the process of making larger sizes and we would be happy to offer you a personal discount code for your next purchase.

This is my second purchase of the Verbier Dachshund coat as they fit perfectly on my 4.5kg mini dachshund. The velcro side buckles give a snug fit and ensures the coat doesn't slide. It is easy to put on and remove. The length is good though if I had a choice I would wish it might be an inch longer? I would recommend this coat, I receive many compliments on the unique design.
I bought this coat for my 4.8 kg mini dachshund size XS Long. It fits perfectly. It’s very hard to find a coat that fits so snug for dachshunds. The design of the side buckles makes it very snug around her body. I love the fleece lining to keep her warm and the water proof exterior in a beautiful spice colour. I have many compliments when she is out on a walk. the gold details give it a touch of class . It goes with the raspberry collar and lead. Please can you in future design it in burgundy colour?
